Being home for weeks now, it's so easy to not put any effort into getting changed, and stay in your PJ's all day long. Well, for me it was more putting on my gym-wear with the hope of working out at some point in the day! NOT!! Well, maybe once a week I stare for 10 minutes at a Pamela Reif video, and wonder why my body doesn't look like hers.

Being in quarantine with 2 young boys and a husband that is also now home 24/7, means more mouths to feed, more dishes to wash, and more laundry to do. I'm basically living in the kitchen. Ugh. And did I mention homeschooling?? Agh. So you're lucky if you get 10 mins for yourself. So I would rather sit on my arse and enjoy a warm cup of coffee than do a workout. Sorry, not sorry.

But being in my gym-gear all day long, doesn't make me more active, it makes me more de-motivated, and not doing anything. I noticed I started to eat more junk, snack non stop with the kids, and drink more. I noticed for my own headspace, I need to get dressed, put on a little bit of make-up. Then I feel more confident, happier, and it definitely helps my mood. Because I feel happier, I watch what I eat. If mummy is happy, everybody else in the house is happy.

Here are a few looks of me what I wore in Quarantine:
